TRAINING & RESOURCES
One of the core areas of work for the Consortium is arming the staff serving the people of the Bronx with the information and resources they need. The Consortium has partnered with several New York City organizations to provide training resources for our member agencies' staff working and serving clients in the Bronx and citywide. These trainings are an excellent opportunity to enhance the services that we provide while learning about the state of housing, health services, legal options for our clients, and working with diverse communities. All trainings organized through the Consortium are free and available only to staff of our member agencies. The Consortium also creates various resources that will help direct care staff be able to better serve their client population. These resources include manuals on different housing resources, directories of contact information, and toolkits of recommendations and best practices within our field.
